摘要: Abstract Adverse pulmonary reaction to systemically administered drugs is a common occurrence. The roentgen patterns produced by adverse drug reactions can be grouped into five major categories. Agents known cause pleuropulmonary complications are listed. A careful history should as much part of the evaluation patient with disseminated or recurrent disease occupational history.
