摘要: Abstract Seasonal changes in nocturnal prolactin secretion and their relationship with melatonin were monitored wild (Mouflon, Ovis gmelini musimon) domesticated sheep (breed Manchega, aries). Two groups of eleven adult females each, maintained outdoors under natural photoperiod. Plasma concentrations determined during the summer winter solstices autumn spring equinoxes. Blood samples collected every 3 h night hours, 1 h before after onset darkness sunrise. Maximum mean plasma dark-phase Mouflons observed solstice, (P
