摘要: The influence of pore-water pressure and the pool water on stability submerged slopes was investigated using kinematic approach limit analysis. For soils with some cohesive component strength, critical level is slightly below half slope height, whereas for built purely granular not well defined. most mechanism failure found to have surface intersecting face slope, one intersection point above, other level. solution problem be independent length scale (slope height), equally mechanisms can triggered “locally” any in pool. safety factor associated these lower than well-known defined by a planar approaching face.
