摘要: Abstract Two new vanadyl pyrophosphate precursors were produced in a single step operation using counterflow diffusion flame burner. The technique consists of adding vanadium and phosphorus halide to the fuel stream hydrogen–oxygen flames. Particles nucleate grow an average diameter between 5 30 nm. Upon exiting flame, powders are collected on two stainless steel strips their crystalline structures analyzed by x-ray diffraction Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. A strong effect temperature structure is observed. When high used, powder mixture VOPO 4 · 2H 2 O (VOPO ) 1− x (VOHPO ·2.6H O. This forms γ-VOPO upon subsequent reheating at 750°C oxidizing atmosphere, transforms into (VO) P 7 oxygen-free atmosphere 700°C. lower ·2.9H O, which β-VOPO 700°C atmosphere. Structural differences pyrophosphates These discussed terms ability accommodate various disordered polytypic structures.
