摘要: In spintronic-based neuromorphic computing systems (NCSs), the switching of magnetic moment in a tunnel junction (MTJ) or oscillation spin torque nano-oscillator (STNO) is used to mimic biological neuron firing. Although using STNO reduces power consumption significantly, still there huge gap between NCS and brain due high bias current. this paper, proposed STNO-based reduced by thermally assisting through microwatt nanosecond laser pulse. The experimental results show STNOs 56% heating them up 10000B0;C. total assisted oscillation-based (LAO-NCS) 46% at 100°C compared with typical room temperature.
