Direct measurement of the magnetocaloric effect on La(Fe13−x−yCoy)Six compounds near room temperature

摘要: The magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of LaFe11.9−yCoySi1.1 compounds with y=0.8 0.9 have been investigated. temperature dependence magnetization data revealed that LaFe11.1Co0.8Si1.1 LaFe11Co0.9Si1.1 exhibit a second-order transition near room at 282 294 K, respectively. Under field change 5 T, the maximum values isothermal entropy −ΔS are found to be 15 13.5 J/kg K for 0.9, refrigerant capacity has calculated 320 J/kg 266 y=0.9 under T. Direct measurements around were also performed. Measurements ΔT performed in adiabatic conditions practice-oriented method by using specially developed test bench. For both materials, normalized was about 1 K/T their Curie temperatures.
