摘要: A feeding trial was conducted for 8 weeks to examine the effects of partial substitution fish meal (FM) protein (crude content: 58.5%) with linseed and without supplemental amino acids in diets rohu Labeo rohita (Hamilton), fingerlings (mean weight: 1.50 ± 0.3 g). Prior incorporation into diets, fermented lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus) reduce/eliminate antinutritional tannin phytic factors. Twelve experimental (diets D1–D12) were formulated replace FM from a reference diet (RD) at different levels (four sets which each set three contained 25%, 50% 75% replacement by protein, respectively). Diets D1–D3 not supplemented any acid. Lysine D4–D6. D7–D9 methionine + cystine (together), D10–D12 lysine (together). (together) added 5.7% 3.1% dietary respectively. The groups fed supplementation had significantly lower percentages weight gain, specific growth rate high feed : gain ratio than other diets. addition replaced (diet D11) improved performance. results present study suggest that can effectively utilize up if is properly processed (fermented) lacking acids.
