摘要: A collection of bacterial strains obtained from a wide-range origin was screened for ability to promote growth in two types Prunus rootstocks commercial nursery. Only few promoted significantly and consistently, strong specificity the rootstock cultivar observed. Irrigation plants with Pseudomonas fluorescens EPS282 Pantoea agglomerans EPS427 increased plant height root weight plum Marianna 2624 peach–almond hybrid GF-677, respectively. Plant showed higher rate early stages development (2.6–3.5 times non-treated controls), but effect decreased age. However, aged promotion more significant on (1.9 nontreated controls) than height. The efficacy persistence environment were dependent inoculum concentration applied. Increases maximum at concentrations up 8 log10 CFU ml −1 (ca 10 L potting mix). Population levels optimum around 7 g f.w. material 4 after several months development. best growthpromoting very diverse secondary metabolite production antagonistic against pathogens.
