Bases metodológicas para estudos de custos da doença no Brasil

摘要: To propose recommendations on how to conduct cost-of-illness studies in the Brazilian public health system. A literature review was conducted issues related methodology and its use case. The results are divided into two blocks. first refers concepts inherent studies, such as types of costs, perspective analysis, presentation prices, sources information. second regards for applying method cost illness context. Seven steps prepare a study disease proposed: 1) select word question be answered; 2) define perspective, approach, costs analyzed; 3) obtain risk incidence comorbidities that could partially avoided if investigated did not exist; 4) calculate attributable under investigation comorbidities; 5) each associated pathology; 6) final illness; 7) analyze results. It is feasible adopt Brazil, because information available accessible public. Despite some limitations, very useful planning, since they allow estimation overall given country.
