摘要: Abstract : This report provides background data for future revisions of Army documents pertaining to facilities fuels selection. Fuel price and availability forecasts are made the years 1985 through 2009 a variety fuels, costs estimated number combustion technologies, with emphasis on heating plants larger than 10 MBtu/hr. A life-cycle cost analysis procedure is described which integrates fuel technology alternatives.
