摘要: This study examined whether people who had received design training responded differently to non-verbal risk communication materials. More specifically, it the level of expertise affected emotions. The measured emotional responses visual stimuli in 324 Taiwanese participants (users, novice designers, intermediate designers and expert designers), using a Chinese translation abbreviated PAD Emotion Scales. Significant main effects varying levels were found on all three dimensions PAD. Design was inversely related pleasure; more experience, unpleasant they rated stimuli. positively arousal; arousing perceived negatively dominance; ‘submissive’
