摘要: Pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect and major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (PA/VSD/MAPCAs) is a rare complex congenital cardiac lesion that has historically carried poor prognosis. With advancements in surgical management, we have seen an improvement the outcomes for children affected by this disease. However, population continues to present challenges due anatomy physiology associated PA/VSD/MAPCA. This summary of material presented during one nursing sessions 2014 Meeting Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society provides overview those intensive care units who do not large experience lesion. We will review anatomy, physiology, approach, postoperative management strategies, catheter intervention options PA/VSD/MAPCAs. also discuss recent innovations may lead continued challenging patient population.
