摘要: ABSTRACTAlthough field education is considered the signature pedagogy of social work, work coordinators appear to remain peripheral other aspects education, such as coursework and research. In this article, we suggest that coordination requires a far more complex set knowledge skills than merely matching students with placements based on availability interest. Using critical relational theories, article conceptualizes negotiated in which navigate often competing needs among students, agencies, practice. making visible its nuances intricacies, essential advancing education.
