摘要: In recent years, strategic alliances have seen explosive growth in various practical fields. Various forms of and cooperation models been widely used among organizations received considerable attention from academic circles. However, there are many factors that affect the success marketing alliances, community has not reached a conclusion consensus. Among them, establishment monitoring performance evaluation mechanism is one key points. past, studies devoted themselves to mechanisms for different industries, but few them focused on between service industry banking industry. The purpose this study assist indicators alliance catering credit card issuing banks by using expert Delphi, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process balanced scorecard methods. main result establish five including customer factors, cooperative financial learning internal factors. terms secondary indicators, seven sub-factors, six processes totaling 30 sub-factors. research results can be as reference areas.
