摘要: Merely rocking the temperature in one heat bath can direct a steady flux from cold to hot against (time-averaged) non-zero thermal bias stylized nonlinear lattice junctions that are sandwiched between two baths. Likewise, for an average zero-temperature difference contacts net, ratchet-like emerges. Computer simulations show this very be manipulated and even reversed by suitably tailoring frequency (100 MHz) of alternating-temperature field.
