摘要: The E7 proteins of human papillomaviruses (HPVs) contribute to oncogenesis by associating with Rb family members as well class I histone deacetylases (HDACs). binding HDACs is also important for the maintenance viral episomes during differentiation-dependent productive life cycle. effects and other on E2F were examined in differentiating keratinocytes. was found specifically activate E2F2 transcription suprabasal keratinocytes through its ability bind HDACs. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assays demonstrated that, cells, acts inhibit HDAC promoter resulting activation expression. Reduction levels use siRNA confirmed that expression facilitated HPV replication but loss did not affect cell proliferation. Our study demonstrates a mechanism which directly modulates identifies possible target antiviral therapies.
