摘要: Risk management is of great importance to outsourcing deals. While the traditional focuses on risk by one partner (typically outsourcer), this paper proposes a sharing approach. Such an approach requires identification and prioritization risks from both outsourcer’s service provider’s perspective identify areas shared interest.
