摘要: A full body reciprocating aerobic exercise machine that forces all of a user's limbs to move during the exercise. Because leg and arm levers in unison, it allows user maintain proper motion even with an injured, incapacitated, or missing limb. The simulates uphill running walking, eliminates any joint impact user. includes central torso stabilization support, two levers, levers. support are mounted on base. rotatable through limited but large arc relative support. synchronized so left lever must right lever, four simultaneously. this synchronization, utilizes "cross-crawl" is completely natural learning time therefore minimized.
