Bile duct injuries during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

摘要: Background: With the introduction of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, an increase in incidence bile duct injury two to three times that seen open cholecystectomy was witnessed. Although some these injuries were blamed on ``learning curve,'' many occurred long after surgeon had passed his initial experience. We are still seeing today.
