摘要: . The relationships between the distribution of alpine species and selected environmental variables are investigated by using two types generalized linear models (GLMs) in a limited study area Valais region (Switzerland). empirical used predictive sense to mimic potential abundances over regular grid. Here, we present results for sedge Carex curvula ssp. curvula. modelling approach consists (1) binomial GLM, including only mean annual temperature as explanatory variable, which is adjusted presence/absence data entire area; (2) logistic model restricted stands occurring within priori defined range - allows ordinal abundance be adjusted; (3) species-response functions combined GIS generate map species' (4) predictions filtered classes qualitative under never occur. Such stratified better fit variability optimal altitudinal zone species. Removing stand descriptions from altitudes too high or low, where unlikely occur, enhances global performance allowing identification important retained second model. The evaluation finally carried out with γ-measure association an contingency table. It shows that satisfactorily predicted C.
