摘要: High salt intake has been reported as a risk factor for urinary storage symptoms. However, the association between high and detrusor muscle contraction is not clear. Therefore, we investigated effects of on components in rats. Six-week-old male Dahl salt-resistant (DR; n = 5) salt-sensitive (DS; rats were fed (8% NaCl) diet one week. The contractile responses to cumulative administration carbachol electrical field stimulation (EFS) with without suramin atropine evaluated via isometric tension study. concentration-response curves shifted more left DS group than those DR group. Contractile EFS enhanced (p < 0.05). Cholinergic component-induced might cause symptoms abnormalities enhancement cholinergic signals. Excessive should be avoided preserve bladder function.
