摘要: Embryonic development proceeds by subdivision of the embryo into groups cells, each destined to form particular differentiated structures. A classical example such cell is imaginal discs, clusters cells in larva determined specific regions adult. Because discs cannot be identified early stages during embryogenesis, their origin and can best studied using lineage techniques as mitotic recombination. By following contribution individual adult structures, it possible estimate size different embryonic primordia time when rigid distinctions between arise.
