摘要: An ionic liquid-based microwave-assisted extraction (IL-MAE) technique has been successfully developed for the simultaneous effective of quercetin and kaempferol from Toona sinensis Rosa chinensis which are Chinese medicinal plants. Twenty different types liquids (ILs) with cations anions have synthesized investigated. Several significant operating parameters IL-MAE were optimized by a series single factor experiments orthogonal design L9 (34) experiments, respectively. Compared maceration (IL-ME), heat (IL-HE) ultrasound-assisted (IL-UAE), approach was demonstrated as optimal highest efficiency shortest time.
