摘要: Historical seismograms contain a rich harvest of information useful for the study past earthquakes. It is necessary to extract this by digitising analogue records if modern analysis required. Teseo has been developed quick and accurate digitisation seismogram traces from raster files, introducing vectorisation step based on piecewise cubic Bezier curves. The vectoriser can handle greyscale images stored in suitable file format it offers three concurrent methods: manual, automatic colour selection, neural networks. software that implements methods described distributed with open source license.
