摘要: Plants have developed various acclimation strategies in order to counteract the negative effects of abiotic stresses (including temperature stress), and biological membranes are important elements these strategies. Brassinosteroids (BR) plant steroid hormones that regulate growth development modulate their reaction against many environmental including stress, but role modifying properties membrane is poorly known. In this paper, we characterise molecular dynamics chloroplast had been isolated from wild-type a BR-deficient barley mutant acclimated low high temperatures enrich knowledge about BR as regulators photosynthetic membranes. The was investigated using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy both hydrophilic hydrophobic area content determined, other components affect such chlorophylls, carotenoids fatty acids were also determined. BR-mutant higher degree rigidification than wild type. area, most visible differences observed plants grown at 20 °C, whereas core, they 5 °C. There no studied 27 regulating will be discussed background an analysis pigments acid composition chloroplasts.
