摘要: A computer program product to minimize the formation of volatile organic compounds by creating an emission control flare stack and informing users connected a controller stack, wherein includes library preset limits, instructions to: (i) monitor inlet gas oxygen/air shell; (ii) ignition forming intermediate gas; (iii) temperature gas, (iv) neutralization compound components in within 40 CFR part 63, effective 2015, (v) providing information via network continuously on compliance, such as with executive dashboard.
