The Possible Identification of Two Hibernating Novae

摘要: We have obtained spectroscopic and photometric measurements of the close DA plus dMe binaries BPM 71214 EC 13471-1258, established their orbital parameters. measured an period 0.201626 day for 0.15074 13471-1258. The light curves show presence ellipsoidal variations in both systems with 13471-1258 also being eclipsing binary. Detailed modeling data (R I 71214, B R 13471-1258) results mass ratios range 0.5 to 0.7 shows that red dwarfs are nearly filling Roche lobes. Because there is no evidence transfer systems, we conclude possibly hibernating novae.
