摘要: The present investigation was made to describe the effect of foliar application n-triacontanol on plant growth, physiological and biochemical parameters in soybean under sodium chloride (NaCl) stress. seeds were propagated into soil supplemented with 10, 15, 20, 25 30 mM NaCl. A moderate reduction growth observed 20 NaCl treatment compared other concentration treatments. Hence, sprayed plants grown added soil. Increased specific leaf area (SLA), weight ratio, relative water content decreased osmotic potential noted treated than that salt stressed untreated plants. Moreover, chlorophyll pigments, nucleic acids, total soluble sugars proteins also found be increased n- triacontanol accumulation proline had been n-triacontanol. study effectively proved able restore normal metabolic process soybean.
