Estudo da Mobilidade Funcional de Hemiparéticos Crônicos Tratados com Fisioterapia no Formato de Circuito de Treinamento

摘要: A reabilitacao fisica apos um acidente vascular cerebral objetiva melhorar a capacidade funcional de hemipareticos. Fisioterapia em Grupo no formato Circuit Training (FGCT) e modelo terapeutico que utiliza exercicios funcionais especificos com foco na repeticao progressao continua espaco denominados estacoes sao organizadas circuito. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar mobilidade funcional, marcha coordenacao hemipareticos cronicos submetidos Circuito Treinamento. Os pacientes foram avaliados testes motores funcionais: 1-Time up and go (TUG); 2- Teste velocidade 10 metros (TVM); 3- Lower Extremity Motor Coordination Test (LEMOCOT). resultados nao demonstraram alteracao significante periodo desempenho do motor avaliado pelos 3 meses treinamento FGCT porem, pode-se inferir os tiveram oportunidade se beneficiar exercicio aumentar sua participacao sociedade contribuindo convivencia social evitando o sedentarismo.
