Isolation and Identification of the Acaricidal Components Extracted from Stellera chamaejasme

摘要: The research of Botanical acaricide is an important aspect integrated agricultural mite management. Eight kinds different organic solvents were used for cold-soak extraction from Stellera chamaejasme. Combined with tracking activity, the fraction E7-4 was isolated ethyl acetate extract using medium-pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) and preparative HPLC. Using nuclear magnetic resonance, it determined that Scopoletin. results showed scopoletin in chamaejasme acaricidal activity ingredient which exhibited contact systemic against Tetranychus cinnabarinus. Lethal concentrations (LC50) to cinnabarinus 1.267 mg/mL 7.388 respectively.
