摘要: Abstract The room-temperature transmission spectra of the Group-IVA transition-metal dichalcogenides and intercalation compounds they form with lithium have been measured in energy range 0·5 to 6·0 eV. changes after can be interpreted terms a rigid-band model, charge transfer from ionized lowest d conduction band host resulting metallic behaviour all complexes. However, complexes region Drude edge fitted by theoretical which optical parameters appropiate this obtained, values certain these indicate that, Zr Hf complexes, model should modified allow overlap s-like states material; would give rise two types carrier metals.
