Three Cases of Spontaneous Hyphaema.

摘要: Background Spontaneous anterior chamber bleeding is a rare event. We present three photodocumented cases treated in our clinic. History and Findings Three patients sought medical assistance clinic because of inside the eye and/or visual impairment. None them had history trauma or intraocular surgery. Treatment Outcome Two oral anticoagulation, which was discontinued. These were with topical steroids. The third patient no anticoagulation steroids used treatment. Topical pressure-lowering drugs administered as needed. In all cases, stopped spontaneously. No intervention required. Even after resolution bleeding, there signs iris abnormalities. Conclusions spontaneous without trauma, hypertension abnormalities such microaneurysm, pseudoexfoliation, iridocyclitis neovascularisation have to be considered.
