摘要: Arylquinoline derivatives and their use for treating cancer or metastasis is disclosed. The compounds of the subject technology promote cells to secrete a pro-apoptotic tumor suppressor, i.e., prostate apoptosis response-4 (Par-4), which in turn metastatic cells.
