摘要: When one speaks about residues, everybody usually thinks of a legal definition such as that proposed by some national or supranational authority (EEC, FAO-WHO). Actually, the chemical nature residues is diversified because complexity metabolic feature drugs in animal organism. Consequently, different residue fractions ultimately result which correspond to risks and require methods investigation.
