An infrared study of pyridine-pyridine and pyridine-h2o interactions by the matrix-isolation method

摘要: The infrared spectrum of matrix isolated pyridine and pyridine-d5 is studied in noble gas matrices. A number vibration band splittings observed, most which have not yet been reported literature. are found to be caused by two types association, a pyridine-pyridine one pyridine-H2O complex. Information concerning the structure associated systems obtained from careful analysis experimental results.
