ANIMALS STUDIED:Two hundred sixty-three free-living, adult Hummingbirds from coastal inland central California were studied, including Anna's (Calypte anna, n = 186) Black-chinned (Archilochus alexandri; 77) PROCEDURES:Slit lamp biomicroscopy indirect ophthalmoscopy performed on all individuals.
