摘要: Background: Cataract surgery when performed under general anesthesia, especially without neuromuscular blocking agents, eccentric position of the eye has been reported. However, no evidence exists for need and optimal dose agents surgical reasons anesthetic management may be done its need. We hypothesize that minimal atracurium accomplish requirement cataract in children. Materials Methods: After ethical committee approval, this double-blind, prospective, randomized study was conducted children scheduled anesthesia. Anesthesia induced a standardized manner using laryngeal mask airway. The patients were into four groups 55 each administered as per group allocation: Group 0: No administered; 50: Received at 50% ED 95 ; 75: 75% 100: 100% . Surgeon asked to grade condition just after stab incision cornea. primary outcome variable included supplementation based on grading conditions by operating surgeon who blinded group. Results: due unacceptable satisfaction score statistically significant compared among being maximum 0 (P < 0.001). Also, 0.0001) with least 0. airway (LMA) insertion - number attempts LMA placement comparable 0.766). Conclusion: conclude balanced technique including provided better procedures improved increasing from 25% dose.
