摘要: Using a heterologous probe containing fragment of the L25-gene from Saccharomyces carlsbergensis we have isolated DNA-fragment Candida utilis carrying gene encoding ribosomal protein L25. This is present in single copy on C. genome, though as two distinguishable alleles. Both alleles been and sequenced including their flanking regions. The nucleotide sequence amino acid coding region turned out to be highly homologous (83%) S. carlsbergensis. At level degree homology about 87%. Codon usage both organisms appears somewhat different. Just like gene, L25 split its 5th codon, identity this codon has changed. Intron well 5′- 3′-flanking sequences almost completely diverged, with some notable exceptions. Of intervening 3′-splice sites putative lariat branch site are conserved. In 5′-flanking region, at distance 330 n initiation conserved element that very similar upstream transcription activation previously found front genes Saccharomyces.
