摘要: Abstract In this report, the first example of a defined morphological “marker” structure occurring at corresponding sites in closely adjacent transcripts is presented. The analysis location these markers reveals that linear relationship exists between chromatin length and distance substructures from axis. This situation allows to draw several conclusions: 1. Heterogeneous patterns Miller spreads do not necessarily exist vivo. 2. DNP RNP ratio 4.4. 3. about 8.4. 4. packing RNA non-ribosomal transcription different ribosomal as concerns foreshortening. 5. unit particular picture least 400 kilobasepairs.
