摘要: Animal studies have established that there is a rapid increase in extracellular potassium concentration myocardial tissue after the onset of ischemia. To study this phenomenon humans, coronary sinus plasma was measured five patients undergoing therapeutic angioplasty. Recordings were obtained during total 22 artery occlusions lasting between 5 and 50 seconds. Though little change observed angioplasty balloon inflation, all lasted more than 15 seconds followed by transient elevation 0.18 1.55 mmol liter−1. The majority (n = 17) werfe not accompanied chest pain, electrocardiographic (ECG) changes or alteration heart rate. deflation attributable to washout accumulated reperfusion. Redistribution human occurs within ischemia may be an important factor accounting for early electrophysiologic changes.
