摘要: Congenic mouse strains were tested in the lymphocyte proliferation assay for their response to purified surface protease of Leishmania mexicana (gp63). The data obtained allow us distinguish three different patterns response, influenced both by H-2 (class II) and non-H-2 genes. Mice C57BL/10 (B10) background carrying haplotypes b,q, r found be high responders; those d, j, v, z low with H-2a, H-2f, H-2k, H-2p, H-2u intermediate responders. Studies recombinant indicated that responsiveness on B10 was determined Ab allele Ad allele. Other genes besides appear have a role immune as shown fact some BALB, DBA, or C3H differed pattern from corresponding haplotypes. By using protein, influence leishmanial lipophosphoglycan might co-purify gp63, MHC restriction gp63 excluded. did not correlate susceptibility cutaneous infection L. promastigotes.
