摘要: High frequency power losses in electronic components and systems are very difficult to measure. The same applies the efficiency of high-efficiency components. An important method measure with high accuracy is calorimetric measuring system. This paper describes two different systems, one for up 50 W 1500 W. These differ size also which can be analysed. basic concept calorimetry discussed overall performance specified. Methods calibrate such proposed applications given. Two practical examples end description research. It concluded that have a relative long time-constant but they accurate useful precise loss measurement.
