摘要: We study the finite temperature magnetization reversal of single domain nanostructures (particles and wires) different materials with Monte Carlo analytic techniques. The temperature, angular, shape dependences switching field are calculated. For large structure diameters, there mechanisms at orientations external field. small diameters growth usually starts nucleation a subsequent depinning walls end(s) structure. energy wall in magnetic approaches zero near coherent rotation limit aspect ratios fields less than ratios. As width can remain finite. is significant dependence coercive structures whose easy crystalline anisotropy axis not along major axis, variety scenario observed.
