摘要: Abstract Free tropospheric HCN columns have been derived from infrared solar spectra recorded with the National Solar Observatory Fourier transform spectrometer on Kitt Peak, Arizona (31.9°N latitude, 111.6°W longitude, 2.09 km altitude) between May 1978 and 2000. The time series show up to a factor of 2.4 enhancement during strong El Ninos 1982–1983 1997–1998, most intense since 1970. observations provide confirmation that is sensitive tracer biomass burning emissions transported free troposphere. No statistically significant long-term trend in HCN-free column has detected over 22-year measurement period. results illustrate importance spectroscopic measurements for quantifying climate atmospheric chemistry-related changes.
