摘要: Silver iodide particles were synthesized in the process of ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using aqueous solutions thermodynamically stable silver clusters as precursor. The AgI collected solvents different polarities such water, 2-propanol and toluene. In order to study influence solvent aging time on morphological structural properties ultra-filtration was employed isolate solid material from solution. scanning electron microscopy showed that morphology is for solvents. with hexagonal/triangular shape obtained water toluene, while hollow spheres formed. X-ray diffraction analysis, besides wurtzite hexagonal zinc blende cubic phases, revealed appearance tetragonal high-pressure modification sample toluene aged 2-propanol. induced transformation all three modifications into single phase one preferred orientation.
