摘要: This study used Fos immunocytochemistry to locate neurons within the medial preoptic area (MPOA) and ventral bed nucleus of stria terminalis (VBNST) that are tightly associated with performance maternal behavior in postpartum rats. In first experiment, a high degree activation was observed these regions if females were allowed interact fully pups, but not they could receive only olfactory, visual, auditory inputs from pups.
