摘要: Associations between specific red meat subtypes and risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) have been investigated in a number epidemiological studies. However, no publication to date has summarised the overall evidence. We conducted systematic review meta-analysis prospective studies (cohort, nested case-control or case-cohort studies), which reported relative (RR) estimates 95% confidence intervals (CI) for association intake with colorectal, colon rectal adenoma risk. PubMed ISI Web Science were searched up until August 1, 2014. Nineteen examined (5 beef, 5 pork, 2 lamb, 1 veal 19 poultry) associations 4 (1 beef poultry). Comparing highest versus lowest intake, consumption was associated an increased CRC (RR = 1.11, CI 1.01 1.22) 1.24, 1.07 1.44), but found 0.95, 0.78 1.16). Higher lamb also 1.08 1.44). No observed pork 1.07, 0.90 1.27), some study heterogeneity observed. poultry adenomas cancer. This suggests that differ their its sub sites. Further analysis data from cohort is warranted, especially regarding role pork.
