摘要: Toxicological effects of dietary soy trypsin inhibitor (TI) were assessed in male miniature swine, a model chosen for its similarities to human digestive physiology and anatomy. The TI preparation was extracted from defatted raw flour. From 1 through 5 weeks age, piglets automatically fed either liquid diet [Autosow group (ASTI)] or control (ASC)]. 6 39 these animals received swine chow article. diets formulated contain activity approximately 500 mg TI/100 g dry matter. A sow (SC) suckled birth age then as the ASC with plus article age. SC grew faster than during postnatal 2; however, significantly heavier (P=0.001) at Compared group, caused moderate decrease feed consumption but reversible growth 2 not thereafter. Some TI-fed Autosow-reared had loose stools until age; effect greater group. Otherwise, all active normal appearance behavior.
