摘要: We introduce a Bayesian method for estimating parameters model of multiple mating and sperm displacement from genotype counts brood-structured data. The is initially targeted Drosophila melanogaster, but easily adapted to other organisms. appropriate use with field studies where the number mates genotypes cannot be controlled, unlinked markers have been collected set females sample their offspring. Advantages over previous approaches include full multilocus information ability cope appropriately missing data ambiguities about which alleles are maternally vs. paternally inherited. advantages including X-linked also demonstrated.
