摘要: Lung neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) account for up to 25% of all lung cancers and can be subdivided into poorly differentiated, high-grade carcinomas (NECs) including small cell carcinoma (SCLC, 20%) large-cell (LCNEC, 3%), well-differentiated tumours (NETs, 2%) the low- intermediate-grade typical atypical carcinoids, respectively (1).
